Each *SURPRISE* pack contains 10 unique and beautiful colours of full skeins. These usually retail for $3 per skein-so this is a great way to jump into trying out stitching with wool!

Appletons Crewel Wool is spun and dyed in England using pure British wool.

• each skein is 25 metres in length
• 2 ply non-divisible
• one strand is equivalent to 2 strands of DMC 6 strand embroidery floss
• use in lengths up to 16" to prevent fraying and over working of the wool as you stitch
• a needle threader is recommended for ease
• recommend chenille 24 needle from DMC
